On 10 October 2017, Recticel announced that on 5 October 2017 it received a notification from BASF stating that between 25 August 2017 and 29 September 2017, polluted toluene diisocyanate (“TDI”) – more particularly Lupranate T80 A - has been supplied by the BASF plant in Ludwigshafen (Germany) to five Recticel sites, producing flexible polyurethane foams for the industry. BASF is one of the major suppliers of TDI and other BASF customers have been confronted with the same issue and have received similar notifications.

Recticel announces that on 29 September 2017 its share capital has been increased following the exercise of (i) 69,355 warrants of the warrant plan issued on 22 December 2011 and (ii) 7,580 warrants of the warrant plan issued on 20 December 2012. This resulted in the issuance of 76,935 new ordinary shares, which will be admitted for trading on Euronext Brussels as of 02 October 2017.

Recticel announces that its Insulation division launches a breakthrough technology for the production of rigid polyurethane (PU) insulation boards with a thermal conductivity of 0.019 W/mK, offering a 13% better insulation performance than existing products. This scientific breakthrough, called Xentro® technology, will soon be commercialised in cavity and floor applications under the respective product names Eurowall® Xentro® and Eurofloor® Xentro®.
Recticel announces that its Insulation division – a leading PIR insulation board manufacturer - plans to invest in a new greenfield production site in Finland, in order to serve the growing demand for high performance thermal insulation materials in the Nordic region (Finland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark and the Baltic countries).

Recticel announces that on 07 August 2017 its share capital has been increased following the exercise of (i) 3,580 warrants of the warrant plan issued on 22 December 2011 and (ii) 3,580 warrants of the warrant plan issued on 20 December 2012. This resulted in the issuance of 7,160 new ordinary shares, which will be admitted for trading on Euronext Brussels as of 09 August 2017.

On 23 January 2017, Recticel has announced that a severe fire incident had occurred in one of the production halls of its Czech Automotive Interiors subsidiary RAI Most s.r.o. For safety reasons, the premises have been closed by the authorities on that day and production has been stopped. As a consequence, Force Majeure has been declared to the affected customers of the Most plant.
