Recticel announces that on 2 May 2024 its share capital has been increased following the exercise of 25,000 subscription rights of the warrant plan issued on 30 June 2017, 2,500 subscription rights of the warrant plan issued on 28 June 2019 and 2,500 subscription rights of the warrant plan issued on
29 June 2020. This resulted in the issuance of 30,000 new ordinary shares, which will be admitted for trading on Euronext Brussels as of 6 May 2024.

Recticel and Sika have received a prestigious Perifem Award for their innovative Light Roof system. The award was presented last month at Perifem Day, the event for retailers in France. The Light Roof system, which won in the Energy Category, is the result of a partnership between Recticel Insulation and Sika, which specialises in membranes for flat roof construction.

The journey towards validation began in October 2022, when we formalised our commitment to the initiative and started building a comprehensive emissions reduction plan. The targets were submitted in July 2023 and approved on 14 February 2024.
