Notification by Compagnie du Bois Sauvage s.a. - Amended investments in shares with voting rights
In accordance with the Act of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of significant holdings in listed companies, Recticel (Euronext: REC) makes the following announcement:
Compagnie du Bois Sauvage, having its address at 17, rue du Bois Sauvage, 1000 Brussels (Belgium) has notified Recticel and the FSMA that on 22 October 2020 they hold in total 15,094,410 Recticel shares or 27.08% of the total number of shares outstanding; or including the number of own shares held by Recticel (326,800) in total 15,421,210 shares (27.66% of total number of shares outstanding).
