Recticel wins prestigious Trends Deal of the Year 2022 award

2021 has been a year of incredible transformation for Recticel. Thanks to the support of our Board of Directors and our advisors, we successfully averted an unsolicited offer in a way that secures a future for our Engineered Foams business and protects the interests of our shareholders and employees.

At the same time, we embarked on a journey to become a pure play insulation company contributing to climate change mitigation. We are therefore particularly proud to be awarded yesterday evening the prestigious Belgian Trends-Tendances “Deal of the year 2022” award.
