Summary of notification
Recticel (Euronext: REC) has received a transparency notification dated 22 December 2021, which shows that BARCLAYS BANK plc, as a result of the acquisition of shares on 17 December 2021, now owns 3.79% of the voting rights of the company. It has thus crosses upwards the 3% shareholding threshold.
