Recticel announces that on 30 October 2026 its share capital has been increased following the exercise of 7,500 subscription rights of the warrant plan issued on 29 June 2020. This resulted in the issuance of 7,500 new ordinary shares, which will be admitted for trading on Euronext Brussels as of 3 November 2026.
