Recticel announces that on 30 September 2026 its share capital has been increased following the exercise of 127,500 subscription rights of the warrant plan issued on 29 June 2020. This resulted in the issuance of 127,500 new ordinary shares, which will be admitted for trading on Euronext Brussels as of 2 October 2026.
