2013 PRIZE FOR THE BEST BELGIAN INVESTOR IN FRANCE
RECTICEL WINS THE “PRIX SPÉCIAL DU JURY”
Brussels, 12 June 2013 - For the second consecutive year, the Embassy of France in Belgium, together with the French Agency for International Investments and the publishing group Roularta/Trends-Tendances organized the “Prize of the best Belgian investor in France”. This year, Recticel won the « Prix spécial du Jury » for its EUR 23 million investment in a greenfield insulation plant in Bourges (France).
Last February, Recticel Insulation officially inaugurated its new production plant in Bourges in the center of France. From this plant Recticel will serve the growing demand for high performance thermal insulation materials in France. At full capacity, the factory will employ about 52 people.
By winning the “Prix special du Jury” Recticel Insulation adds additional credibility and public awareness not only towards its customers, but also towards the different public authorities in France. The jury is composed in particular of members of the French Chamber of Commerce in Brussels and of representatives of the official French agencies for international trade and foreign investments.
